Segmentation of The Role Conflict :Women Employees In Information technology Sector

Abstract

The traditional nuclear family where the husband worksoutside and the wife cares for the home and children is the systemwhich no longer applies to the majority of the families since the pastfew decades. There has been an accelerated influx of women into paidemployment roles that have taken place in the recent past. The studydeals with grouping of respondents and its relationship with each other.A sample size of 598 was administered for the study. Statistical tools
were employed for obtaining the results and their implication was studiedand recorded.
